All Wizards (friend or foe) may apply a +1 modifier to any Casting roll whilst within this model's Command range. However, if any Wizard miscasts whilst within this model's Command range, they must roll twice on the Miscast table and apply both results. This is not cumulative with the effects from additional Mortis Engines.
