Cackling Blade (Profile)

Notes: If a natural 6 is rolled for the Extra Attacks (+D6) special rule, the wielder of the Cackling Blade immediately loses a single Wound.

Magic Weapons Type

Magic weapons grant the wielder extra abilities, new special rules or an improved profile, the better to slay enemies. Unless otherwise stated, the following rules apply to all magic weapons: A magic weapon cannot be used alongside an additional hand weapon, magical or mundane, to gain an extra attack. A character that wields a magic weapon cannot set it aside to use a mundane equivalent. For example, a character cannot set aside a magic combat weapon to use a mundane great weapon instead. If a character has more than one magic combat weapon, you must choose which they will use when their combat is chosen during Step 1.1 of the Choose & Fight Combat sub-phase and, unless the weapon itself states otherwise, the weapon chosen for the first round of a combat must be used for the duration of the combat. If a character has more than one magic missile weapon, you must choose which they will use when they are chosen to shoot during Step 1 of the Shooting phase.
