Barons and Paladins within a Bretonnian Exiles army cannot have the Grail Vow. However, the following characters and units may replace the Knight's Vow with the Exile's Vow for free:

Knights of the Realm on Foot
Knights Errant
Mounted Knights of the Realm
Pegasus Knights
