During deployment, position a Chaos Warhound Handler with its unit of Chaos Warhounds, as you would a character that has joined a unit. Once placed, a Chaos Warhound Handler cannot leave its unit. Unless this model is fleeing, friendly units of Chaos Warhounds that are within its Command range can use this model's Leadership instead of their own.
