Forging a Narrative (Battle March)

The following scenarios tell the stories of small conflicts within larger campaigns, desperate battles fought between rival forces over crucial resources and locations. Such battles are often left unrecorded in the histories and legends of the Old World, but their outcomes can influence the fate of entire armies. These scenarios are ideal for Battle March games, a fast-paced format played on battlefields measuring no less than 30" x 44" and no more than 36" x 48", using the core rules as laid out in the Warhammer: the Old World rulebook, in which players field smaller armies, ranging from 400 to 750 points.

Players can choose one of the following scenarios to play, or they can forge their own narrative using the deployment maps, objectives and more contained elsewhere in this book. If players cannot decide which scenario to play, simply roll a D6 and consult the table below:
